Goodman Metropolitan District is pleased to share the rendered plan for the Central Park Phase 3 improvements. The project includes new recreational and gathering amenities, updated landscaping, seating areas, and walkway improvements.

 

 

 

Construction is currently underway, with the project anticipated to be completed by the end of December 2026, weather permitting. Residents may notice construction activity and temporary impacts to portions of the park as work progresses. We appreciate the community’s patience during construction and look forward to completing these improvements for residents to enjoy.
