Goodman Metropolitan District is a governmental entity that was formed under Title 32 of the Colorado Revised Statutes to provide public improvements and perform specific services for the residents located within the District.

The Board will hold regular meetings on the second Wednesday of each month at 5:00 P.M. via teleconference.

Generally, the District funded infrastructure serving the community including public roadways, drainage, and park and recreation facilities and improvements. The District currently operates, maintains and manages Central Park, Highridge Park, and Creekside Park, as well as the landscaping along Arapahoe Road fronting the District.
